The Chow Kit Kitchen & Bar has a cute little bar that offers a range of delicious classics with a local twist, low abv cocktails and mocktails .. which is great for a quick break or a pit stop just before heading home if you work around the neighbourhood.
In developing the menu, Shawn Chong (of Bar Mizukami) wanted to feature local ingredients and to keep it inclusive for the workday lunch crowd.
We tried some of each and they were all delicious (yes even the low abv one and mocktails!) - Gula Melaka Penicillin (a classic with a gula melaka twist), Garnet Quencher (like an Americano with a twist) and White Tumeric (a white coffee mocktail).
Their happy hour promotions are super decent (like the ladies all day happy hour cocktails for rm90) so don't say I #bojio
